New Cradle set for our BABY GIRL

These are some pictures I took of the new sheets and blanket that we bought the day we found out we were having another baby girl. THis blanket is SO SOFT! I LOVE IT!

10 Years Ago:
Had a one and a half month old baby (Isabella) and loving on her as much as possible.

Things on my to-do list today:
Get kids up and on bus, go to work, Call the School, Help Ashlynn do Valentines for her class, do laundry, attempt to beat my record playing baseball on the Wii, go to dinner with my family, grocery shop, and come home and have movie night and dessert with the family.


What I would do if I were suddenly made a billionaire:
Buy a couple houses at different places where I want to live. Pay off my parents and Rick parents homes. Take my parents and my family to Italy, Take Ricks parents to Alaska and family. Oh the list would go on and on.....

3 of my bad habits:
Being impatient
eating one huge meal a day and then not eating (or just eating junk the rest of the day).
not cooking for my family as much as I should
wow this list could go on and on too.... LOL

5 Things people don't know about me:

One of my biggest fears is saying prayers or giving talks at church. I have actually went home sick from church because I was asked to give a prayer in Sacrament.

I look forward to moving either back to North Idaho or Southern Idaho hopefully in the next year or so.

I suck at all sports, which if any of you have seen me attempt this you know what I am talking about.

I have an illness I would say it is similar to OCD I dont like drinking out of cups, I usually wont eat meals anywhere else but at home and at restaraunts, and I could go on and on... I am working on getting over this. But am not being very succesful.

Rick and I were just called to work in the nursery in our ward.

Its a Girl!!!!!!!!!! This is a picture of her Profile. She wasn't cooperating very well with us. They said everything looks very normal and healthy.... YEAH! Very exciting! After the ultra sound we all went shopping and the girls each got to pick out an outfit for their new baby sister. Maybe I will post a picture of each of their outfit choices. We also went and picked out a bassinet set. Rick is setting the bassinet up as I am writing on the blog (with Ashlynn's help). I will be posting some pics of it all in the next day or two. So check back.

ZOO LIGHTS Christmas 2007 PORTLAND

At the Portland Zoo they do what is called Zoo Lights every December and you get on a train and ride around the zoo and look at the lights, so we decided to brave the COLD and enjoy the lights. These pictures dont do it justice. It was so pretty and the lights were so bright, but my camera kept fogging up.

Well Yesterday I had a doctor appointment, and I was so glad that Rick was able to come with me (he hasnt been able to make it to any of them yet because he has always had to work) Well anyways.. I was so nervous about something being wrong. I kept thinking the last week or two what am I going to do if something goes wrong? How am I going to explain it to my kids who are really excited to have a baby, let alone how am I going to cope with it myself? I got myself so nervous, that I almost expected the worse. ( I think sometimes we do that as a way to protect ourselves, I know I do anyways) So when we heard that heartbeat I just felt this huge relief!
I am getting SO excited! We find out if it will be a boy or girl in a week and a half. We are all counting down the days around here. Rick isnt going to get a day off until that day, so I decided I am taking that day off and we will spend some time together, then we will go get the girls early from school and go to the ultra sound then afterwards we will go shopping and let them each pick out an outfit for their baby brother or sister. Well that is how that day is planned out in my mind anyways... Can you tell I have had alot of time to think about this and plan it out??? :) Well I have rambled on long enough.

This totally made me laugh so hard. Ashlynn had just got done doing her homework and went and got in the tub. Well I decided to go check and make sure she got all her homework done and this is what I found.

It made me laugh so hard when I realized what it said. I read her the directions and told her she was supposed to make up a story using all the words in the web. (which she didnt use them all just paws and raccoon) And I also told her that she was supposed to make up the title for it too. I had no idea she would get so creative...... So here is her story just incase you cant read her handwriting.

The title is "The Poopea Raccoon" ( I assume poopea is suppsed to mean poopy)

Wans apon a time ther was a poopea raccoon that love to poop he poops all around the world he dasint help the Earth. Kuz he has poopea paws.

I think we have been living in Oregon to long she is worried about Raccoon poop hurting the Earth......Needless to say when she gets out of the tub she will be having to make some changes to this paper so I couldnt resist showing you before she has to change it. I wonder what her story will be about when she adds in the other words (rings, fur, mask )she is supposed to use? I wonder if she will keep the poop theme going? :)
